3. Custom Orders

Please note that custom-designed pieces from **Ornexa Gold** are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Inspection

All returned items must undergo a thorough inspection by **Ornexa Gold** specialists to ensure they are in their original, unworn condition with all certifications intact.
